HEALTHY SUGAR-FREE HOMEMADE CRANBERRY RELISH
Ingredients

4 Cups Cranberries
2 C. Water
3 smidgen scoops Stevia Select pure stevia powder (1/8 teaspoon)

 

Ready to throw out the old cranberry sauce that is loaded with sugar? This recipe is so easy & delicious, you will never go back to the “traditional” cranberries your Grandma used to serve at Thanksgiving!

DIRECTIONS:

Place all the cranberries & water in a medium saucepan. Over high heat, bring to a boil and cook the cranberries until they burst open. Then lower heat to just simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat. After 5 minutes have past, add the Stevia Select stevia powder. Mix well.

*TIP: To avoid stevia ‘clumps’, its best to dust the stevia powder over the surface as opposed to dumping the whole scoop in one spot. The stevia will start to disintegrate immediately and make mixing quick!
