Sugar Free Candied Pecans Master Recipe

Make sugar free Candied pecans with this delicious and easy recipe. Crisp Candied pecans are delicious to snack on but a must to have for topping pies, adding to salads, and topping ice cream. 

 

Avoid all the sugar found in traditional recipes and follow the simple steps below to have your own low carb sweet pecans in about 20 minutes.

 

Sugar Free Candied Pecans master recipe 

Use this to create other flavors like Cinnamon Pecans, Vanilla Pecans, or English Toffee. Simply swap out the stevia flavor for any delicious liquid stevia we offer😋

 

Candied Pecans

 

Ingredients:

3 C Raw Pecans (*toast lightly 350F approx. 10 min) before coating with sauce, for best flavor.

4 TB butter

1/8 ts, pure stevia powder

1 TB. powdered erythritol 

1/2 ts salt

1/2 ts Plain Liquid Stevia *or sub any flavor ie. Butter Pecan, Vanilla, Cinnamon, etc.

 

Preheat oven to 350F.

In a small sauce pan, melt butter and remove from heat. Stir in all the other ingredients except pecans. Once all Ingredients are thoroughly combined, stir in nuts to coat. 

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper of place nuts on a silicone mat to roast.

Place nuts in the oven and watch carefully to avoid burning. They should be completely heated through in about 10 min.

Allow to cool and get crunchy before storing in a plastic bag or container.

I’n making the stevia butter pecans. I didn’t have the liquid stevia. I only had the dry stevia.

The first batch I went by the recipe. It was 2 salty. The second batch I made I put as much stevia as cinnamon. I desire these pecans to be sweet!
